It´s been released – the first book on Mystery Shopping, written in Swedish. The purpose of the book is primarily to explain to personnel how they can benefit from being evaluated by Mystery Shoppers and how it can help them succeed and evolve in their work. The book is also suitable for supervisors and company management who plan to start up Mystery Shopping in their business. Even journalists, students and consumers who read the book will realize that Mystery Shopping is not all that mysterious.
