Better Business has got a very strong commitment to the MSPA (Mystery Shopping Providers Association). The MSPA brings together 400+ companies from the industry and aims to establish set standards for the business itself, looking at the ethics of the trade and also trains suppliers, clients and shoppers all at the same time.

The founder of Better Business, Veronica Boxberg Karlsson, is also a founding member of the European branch of MSPA, thus also leaving her a spot on the global board level in supporting regional branches in Asia, Europe, North- and South America.

The MSPA are dedicated to improving, and supporting, sterling service within the mustery shopping industry. One of the foundations of the organisation is to secure the enforcement of consequent criteria.

Members with the MSPA are expected to follow certain basic principles regarding honesty, professionalism, causality and professional secrecy, all to protect the general public and our clients’ interests and also to endorse good business practice.
