We are currently preparing this year’s compilation of The Smiling Report 2013.
The Smiling Report is compiled from Mystery Shopping evaluations in several service sectors world wide. The report gives an indication of the level of customer service by measuring weather the Mystery Shopper during the visit received a smile, a greeting and an add-on sales suggestion.
If you are one of the participating companies providing us with data we need your report before February 15th. Are you just curious about the result? Then you have to wait for the compiled data to be presented later this spring.
